What is Power?

What is power? It is the socially granted permission, for a select group, to discriminate against another class or group, with impunity, driven entirely by public opinion, and with these privileged rights protected fully by this opinion. Power is a safe space used to cause violence which the perpetrating group knows will not be prosecuted by the public.

I write this piece after engaging with a women's movement, rightfully, trying to protect women's safe spaces from the attacks of transgender activists. I fully back this movement but only to the extent that what they are trying to get a hearing on is true. I do not back the movement per se. Because they are perpetrating the same kind of violence they rail so bitterly about with the trans movement. Victims become perpetrators.

I asked this question about a nearly famous women leading the activity, who I actually admire after she had been attacked by someone with soup at a protest. [paraphrasing as I'm now blocked]

"You knew you would be attacked at some point. But you still proceeded anyway. Because you are trying to gain power more than you are trying to help women"

The response was typical and another interesting case history of victims perpetrating similar violence to what they had once received. From a mob of 50 or so followers screaming profanity and make allegations of me being a rapist. Normal stuff.

There was no reasoning with them. After the usual going to great lengths to show my meaning and reasoning - which I might add was not what they were determined to falsely pin on me - was pro their movement but more importantly pro the people they claim to represent, the mob with so much power had screamed me down violently. Theres only so much reasoning thats worth doing with the possessed.

I failed to get far enough to show how not remaining authentic will cause more harm to women, than if they had never started the movement in the first place The quest for power always comes at a cost paid for by the victims in the end. Look what's happened to the original environmental movement, a basket case of corruption, which the poorest class are now paying for dearly.

The most curious allegation was that I was saying that women deserve the violence they get. This is one of their prime mantras used against trans rights activists. Of course this was attacking a straw man. I'm saying their ego demands publicity at these events in the hope of gaining power from it. Sure, at the beginning they were acting authentically. Alas, their bible does not discuss this. Only their own newspeak is permitted. The quality of attacks I received from this mob was quite uniform and poor quality, so not many smart people there. But it also had an admirable women's feel to it which I welcomed because it was different to the style you get from being attacked by a mens mob. I learned.

You know, that I know, this is the normal method for activists. The truth is that an activist's motives are driven by the ego, as a means to gain a shift in power from 'them', to 'us'. Nearly always as an escape from much more serious problems closer to home. The activist thus renders any violence they use into the unconscious and justifies the movement as a way to achieve the greater good in some shape or form.

The end goal is power, as a poor means to satisfy a suffering ego.

It's curious. There are armies of activists from all cults and tribes trying to gain POWER. By pretending to be doing it to save some entity or other from oppression etc etc. But they only ever want POWER, even the small cults. This is unconscious activity so you cannot reason with it

I feel the motivation is from a lack of meaning in their lives since society killed God. I'm not religious BTW. So a quasi-religious cause becomes so attractive to fill the gap. God is dead. We have killed him. And with what will we wash our hands of all the blood. The ego washes the hands clean.

Once power has been secured, they always claim, it will be used for the greater good. Of course! In reality there are more people than is comfy to think about, who revel in watching the cruel destruction of others. THAT is power. And now this once excellent group are soon becoming perpetrators of violence themselves.

These movements always start out with a worthy cause. As power is conferred onto them, it's used to deal with perpetrators. As the group grows in public popularity, thus power, the desire for more of it becomes irresistible. Eventually power is all and the original cause is just the words of a new bible.

It has gained enough power to be able to disable any further questioning of what is now a quasi-religious doctrine. It uses violence to quash any questions. Anyone asking a question is seen as a threat. Only people who preach from this new bible are not attacked. I won't say treated as partners because none of them seem to agree on much except the bible.

The movement at inception cannot forecast this, because they are always stupid people. Who have found an ego tripping cause prior to attempting to look deep into their own psyche before proceeding on this untrodden path. They are like ground troops who think polishing a sword is more important than wielding it.

Sadly these groups today represent all the world has to defend itself against the new state. Which itself is merely the greatest activist group of all with the most power.

I worry for the true victims of the world when this is all the protection they have. In the past 30 years of research and networking, all the actual victims I speak to despise activists who claim to be "here to help". Having suffered so greatly they recognise quickly this wasteland of inauthentic souls.
