Fascism Is Neither Left nor Right Wing - For All ‘Sides’ in This Psychopathy It Is the Story You Choose to Believe and Tell Which Gives You Permission to Kill

So its a dangerous pathology if you try to label the left or right as intrinsically fascist. 

As a fascist, the story which helps form your whole world might be:

painting targets on people's backs with the term fascist, racist, nazi, far right and so on and so on

climate change extremism

activism - trantifa, palestine, me too, DEI hiring(which kills in the end) and so on and so on

most other similar forms of nationalism - particularly the antisemitic

It's a reasonable question to ask if this pathology is legally an incitement to kill or even a conspiracy if done at the group level, such as the trantifa cult. And this would imply the act is a conscious one and I don't think it is. Most people captured by one of these demons have deliberately allowed themselves to be hypnotised by it and are no longer aware of its control over them.

But, the act of allowing the hypnosis to happen to you was a deliberate action so is actionable. That is to say, you crossed a threshold right at the beginning where you knew the consequences of this exact and deliberate choice. And only then rendered that action into the unconscious as if forgetting about doing it 'deletes the tweet' from your account like it never happened.

So it's a two stage process:

1. the deliberate act of accepting the hypnotic psychopathy
2. followed immediately by sending the act into ones unconscious to escape

That IS actionable in law of course. So it will be interesting to see if the law picks up on this and runs with it. Otherwise it will be hard to convict the guilty party and at the same time convince a reasonable person it was justice. Because "they were only doing what they thought was right to a fascist".

I'm not agreeing with this outcome at all. I am simply pointing at why it has failed to convict and convince the great masse in the past.
