Obedience Drives Success More Than Every Other Factor

May I propose what might be new idea to you? Let us call it 'obedience theory'.

Study the articles here for a full diagnosis of obedience theory in full.

The theory is about 'obedience'. And when society is ruled by hierarchy, it is the foundation of how people decide on everything else. There may be other factors driving success. But these will be lesser derivatives of obedience.

That is to say, obedience to the authority I choose - let's call it my tribe.

And being seen to conform to the story of that tribe comes first, before all else, especially abstract principles like morals, facts, saving the planet and truth etc. The wonder of obedience theory is that you do not have to act out your obedience, though that can help(protests, activism etc). The trick is to understand that you will quickly rise more easily and more quickly in the social hierarchy if you can signal your obedience better than the rest. It is all relative.

If you can reframe your mind to this, you will boost your chances of success more than any other factor, like hard work, skill, industry, luck and so on and so on.

This is because within a society which is ruled by hierarchy, obedience to the hierarchy is everything. Disobedience means virtual exile and a virtual death sentence - this is cause and effect of cancel culture and state censorship of course. It is not that the state is evil. It is because it works and all people, their leaders and followers alike, are equally complicit.

So, "I am" an obedient instrument of the authority I have wilfully chosen and standing behind my tribe's story is everything. I will climb high in the tribe if I signal my obedience well. If I am the best at signalling obedience I will climb to the top by virtue of the less obedient placing me there - the people will have conferred that status onto me. I am their proxy.

Obedience theory works because the tribe 'rewards' those of us who can signal obedience in the best way. The state knows this and uses it because it works. It works because nobody can escape from perpetration if we're all driven by obedience more than anything else.

By authority I do not mean wealth and power per se. I mean the tribe as a collective, IS power. Not the classically used trope 'wealth & power'. This latter term merely defines those who have signalled the best form of obedience and have already risen to the top and is used unconsciously to signal jealousy.

This obedience principle works equally from bottom to top. No one, no matter how weak or strong, minnow or President, is not unconsciously yet actively taking part in this obedience network we euphemistically call: society.

There may be several competing tribes, let us call these tribes 'obedience partitions'. As in the entire obedience network is partitioned into competing tribes. It can be more than 2 partitions temporarily. But in the end it always normalises to 2. Because 2 is the most efficient configuration - the minimum size required to make it function optimally in that time and place - no more are required for it to work any better. 2 is the breakpoint. This is why we only have the left and the right, the white race and the rest, them and us - a duality.

I'm not saying the idea of obedience theory is good or bad for us. That we should do more of it or abolish it. I am pointing directly at it for further scrutiny, because though it seems like a wild idea, it also seems to fit the TV screen we all watch more satisfactorily than the best alternatives. It doesn't prove it is true. It does demand as much scrutiny as the best alternatives at the very least. I write about it all the time.

I have reached out for 20 years to all comers in the 'entertainment' industry - the experts, the influencers, leadership and so on and so on. It always falls on deaf ears. It's not like they respond by pointing out its flaws and asking for clarification. It is that they never respond. Or even attack my person, ad hominem. This looks like a strong signal reinforcing the idea itself - even the best influencers too are obedient instruments of authority who have yet to pass The Orwell Test.

I used to be highly politically active in the UK so I'm no novice. Speaking from this authority does not make me right of course. But being immersed in that insane world means I've observed all the crazy stuff, a thousand times with primary evidence.

You can find my rants and rambles here on northstokelife.com if you want more detail. It may sound like harsh or random stuff. I'd say this is because I'm asking the reader, maybe for the first time to look beyond the movie they are currently watching, find the picture in picture button and start watching that screen for  a while instead to see if anything new emerges. This question applies particularly to those who already believe they are doing it- who say they are awake etc. This is a big ask. But we're talking about how this giant 'simulation' works and how to fix it. If we're serious about it and hit the spot, what else could it be but big?

I trade as tohonesty.com but this is largely unrelated though there is some cross over with the astonishing crypto narrative which in hardly any way intersects with reality, yet billions just believe it anyway and risk their life savings on that gamble. Again!....

Have a think about obedience. It's really a development of what Eric Blair wrote so well about. The theory is used by 3 letter agencies because it works - it delivers control at scale. The spell can be broken though and I see this playing out astonishingly in the battle between the President and the rest of the world - another duality. He is NOT obedient to the tribe. He leads it authentically. It's like the first global civil war.

PETITION: Government to indicate countries of the UK are open to accede to the US

Sign the Petition A Dialogue on the UK's Accession to the United States Executive Summary This initiative seeks to foster a formal dialogue regarding the potential accession of the countries of the United Kingdom , to the United States , as individual states.  Simply put, this petition is asking the government to start a conversation about the benefits of leaving the UK and joining the United States. The objective is to evaluate the benefits to citizens and stakeholders, encouraging a constructive discourse on the political, economic, and social implications of such a union. If Wales , Northern Ireland , Scotland , or  England were to leave the United Kingdom, it would end their system of constitutional monarchy and parliamentary democracy . Instead, if they joined the United States as separate states, they would govern themselves under the U.S. federal system while receiving its protection. This proposal recognises that immediate change is unlikely but urges a serious con...

Facing Draco, Mining Dorado

This is a proposal to show how the 18.6 year real estate cycle is a hang over from times where the mechanics of the lunar month were used by high priests of the time to forecast ancient agricultural cycles - what we would today call a business cycle culminating in a financial crisis or a great recession. The 18.6 year period is governed by the intersection of lunar and solar eclipses. It is known scientifically as the Saros Cycle. Where all 3 harmonics of the orbit of the moon coincide once every 18.6 years. The ancient scholars knew this. And the politicians of the time used it to signal the day when the economy would be deliberately reset by fiat. This reset was necessary because this period was about how long the people of nations could abuse the economy before it was too late to recover on its own and much worse effects would have emerged. So it was the wisdom of the leadership of the time. As the aeons went by, the meaning and rationale of this policy became normalised - people an...

Who Said There Was Anything Wrong With a Worldview?

Who Said There Was Anything Wrong With a Worldview? I didn't. But it's when I believe my worldview, is truth, that I become violent without realising it. This is extremely hard for people to accept as possible. The resistance to seeing it and the temptation to escape from looking, is built into its foundations. So, I never said worldviews are bad for us. I did say that when I believe my worldview is a fact, then "I" become root cause of the worlds problems. Thought creates an image of the world. Then thought worships the image that thought created. I am scared of death. So I create an existential worldview about immortality - an image. This can be a God, a political ideology, scientific religiosity, atheism, planet saving activism, anything which my fear of death can hide behind. So if I do 'good' through this image I created, I will ultimately get a 'seat on the right hand side of God' , or whatever the image I created has defined as heaven. Then I w...
