I've virtually given up on full time employment or contract work these days. Because the woke and DEI barriers to entry are so racists against white men. Especially if you are in your last decade prior to  retirement. And focus my energy on my own business in helping those who've lost or had stolen their digital asset property, to recover it, through the law - tough, long tail work, yet still rewarding with huge upside eventually.
