If you see it, you see it. If you do not see it, you do not see it. There is no in between. There is no learning process. It cannot be taught nor earned. Time cannot help you learn.
That is to say...
- if you use time to understand
- if you try to learn about it
...you will not make it through. Because these two things only serve to help you escape. Time gives you 'the time' to escape, an opportunity to avoid looking directly at what's in front of your face. Learning gives you a story and an excuse to justify and cover up the escape.
If you know about anything important, we all do, it will have happened to you in an instant - call this a singularity. You cannot learn about it and time will only help you to escape from knowing. Don't ask me how to get it, I do not know. It just happens. And do not expect that once you have seen it, it will stay with you - its not like a test to enter a new country as one of its citizens.
All I can say about it is its available to every child born, no one is exempt, no matter where you come from, the law, empathy and morals are irrelevant to it, you must be deadly serious about observation, and not afraid about an inevitable change of mind and likely your worldview. Most of all you must be willing to suspend all prior beliefs while you observe.
Tough right? But do you really want to know?
Obviously this is heresy in our modern secular world, where very little knowledge is extant and when a person sees it in an instant has been taught to ignore it. Sure, we turned away from what religious people call God. No wonder we cannot see. Are blind. And need raising from the dead.
This is my response to a good friend who was suggesting I listen to one of the few remaining politicians with an intellect. (I'm not suggesting that an intellect is a virtue at all - it is another form of escape). My friend was pointing out how this intellectual politician was using his intellect to escape from an injustice which his tribe is proud of. But is probably not aware of it. All he knows for certain is that he must SIGNAL to his tribe, how to escape, by utilising his intellect.
"I'm not a big fan any more of the intellectual politicians. As I suspect you are not either. The thing is, once again, they MUST signal obedience, to their own tribe, as a first duty to the tribe. They only hold a high seat because they are the best at doing this signalling. Their tribe put them there for this very task - to signal obedience in the most perfect way available. And the intellect is used to make their signals most effective more than it is used for all else. The intellect is barely used at all to determine proper cause and effect of the great social problems of the world. That is only a nice to have. And anyway, given signalling dominates all activity, cause and effect are very much likely to 'interfere' with the signal, so cause and effect are heavily discounted further still. And this is why you can never 'break through' with economic justice - the tribe simply does not want that - the tribe and its narrative are everything and impenetrable.
Once again, if you cannot see this immediately, do not try to understand by using time to learn and think about it. You will see it immediately by intuition, if you commit yourself to observing what is happening in front of your face. Or you will see nothing. Do you have the strength to mask out all the judgement as you observe something though? The media, social media, your beliefs etc...
If you do not see it, you do not see it. There is no in between. If you see it, you see it. Jesus talks all the time about this I think."
I'm not religious by the way. And what he was supposed to have said makes perfect sense.
