Real Estate will crash toward the end of this year, maybe early next year. 

The good news is that:

  • everything else will follow it down and stay down
  • while real estate will quickly recover lost ground and continue its onward march
  • real estate is a little more than 50% of the totality of asset value in every economy

This is how wealth is transferred at scale...from capital formation, into real estate.
