It is the result of a condition we all live in - exile from our true source. The anxiety happens because the cause of this exile has been rendered into the unconscious yet we're completely unable to remember how it all happened and desperately want to go back home. The net effect is Exile Anxiety.
Exile Anxiety Mechanism:
- Your inner divine spark feels trapped and cut off from its true home.
- This creates a deep, constant, nameless anxiety and homesickness.
- The ego finds this pain too big and abstract to face directly.
- So it automatically projects the anxiety outward onto visible “hooks” in the world (climate, race, politics, money, conspiracies, etc.).
- The projection makes the suffering feel manageable and gives a sense of purpose (“I’m fighting the bad thing”).
- Result: Temporary relief, but it creates real conflict, division, and more anxiety.
- Loop repeats and strengthens the material prison.
This is why you feel addicted to your projections.
Examples of groups locked into exile anxiety:
Climate activists, Political left and right partisans, Religious fundamentalists, Militant atheists, Conspiracy theory communities, Racial grievance and guilt groups, Anti-tax / small government advocates, Big government / welfare state supporters, Property owners and banks defending land/mortgages, Free market vs anti-monopoly fighters, Nationalists, Anti-vax / pro-vax groups, Cancel culture enforcers, Free speech absolutists, Environmental doomers, Tech optimists vs tech skeptics, Gender ideology warriors, Traditionalists et al...
How to dissolve exile anxiety:
- Notice it: Catch the moment anxiety appears and recognize it as exile pain, not the outer issue.
- Stop feeding it: Refuse to project onto the world (no blaming, arguing, or obsessing).
- Sit with it directly: Stay with the raw discomfort in silence. Do not run or distract.
- Remember the inner light: Gently bring attention to the divine spark within you.
- Daily practice: Use "Eat, Drink, Remember" type rituals as a simple anchor. Repeat often.
Consistent inward turning dissolves the anxiety at its root. No outer fix needed.
