Manifesto by Tommy Robinson: On the Fallacy of State Manipulation

I agree in principle about what it's saying about the state and Power, lying to people and employing the better intellect to do it's work.

What I disagree with is that the people are being exploited, manipulated, hypnotised etc by the state. And as a result are forced to comply or remain ignorant.

Ignorance is strength, right?

The state can lie, and nearly always is lying to the people. But it has no power in this universe to manipulate the people in such a way as to remove their free choice

The people, even under extreme duress, still have the choice to disbelieve the state. Even to the point of death does not release the individual of that freedom.

It's just that unless the riots are lapping at my door, I'll see whatever the trouble is as out of sight and out of mind, for another day. When that day comes how far will I go before I allow myself to be "manipulated"?

Not very it seems judging by the character of England today. And the so called 'invaders' can see this clearly, taking maximum advantage of this lack of confidence, this guilt, this pathological desire to be seen as tolerant.

In the final analysis, "I" always choose what I believe in and that final choice cannot be taken from me. It is inherent and we are born and due with it fully intact. Not can I give away this free choice, I can only pretend I gave it away

Freedom is not a right granted by a tyrant whether they be a tyrant or the quasi tyrant we call the state.

Even following the most brutal psychological torture, the worst kind, I still choose freely to say 2+2=5.
