To a financial provider today:
Hello.
Thank you first for your excellent service. I propose that global finance needs its own DOGE to root out the grafting.
Please can you tell my why it takes 12 days to process a plan switch? I realise "nnnnnn" are subject to the whims of the institutions and regulators. That is not my question.
We live in the 21st century and it still takes days to make a transaction which we all know only takes fractions of a second. I realise too you cannot possibly change this yourself.
My real question is "why is no one asking about this, within the industry, en masse and publicly"
Does global finance need its own form of DOGE. We pay a high price for a service without much competition, and receive a poor level of service from all these institutions in the chain of a plan switch. Is it time for a public 'outing' of these poorly performing institutions?
And a call out for innovation rather than grafting.
