And slavery is not about wealth. Its about a much higher thing. And has never had very much to do with race.
We want the protection of a Master more than we want wealth. But we want wealth too, just not as much as we want a Master.
And it's this Master who enslaves us. Though we don't really want the Master to rob us, we will live with his robbery so long as the Master protects us.
Slavery is extant. More so now than historically. Or at least in equal proportion to what its always been. But we find this hard to think about because we think slavery is about stealing and selling our bodies.
Or the getting of our hard work, without the giving of it in a fair exchange. Taxation is right on the border of what we wrongly think is slavery.
But slavery is more fundamentally about stealing our minds, beliefs, thoughts. Or, is it not really about stealing these things and more that we willingly submit these things in exchange for the protection of a Master? We prefer a Master to copious wealth. We prefer to be protected by our Master. We happily accept our self induced slavery, so long as the Master will protect us. We see it as a fair exchange.
So who is this Master? It might be MAGA power. It might be liberal DEI faux empathy pathology. A left or right wing political party. Communism. Libertarianism. Brexit or Bremain. The tariff is good, the tariff is bad. BTC or Bitcoin. An actual proscribed cult. Or either of the competing doctrines of climate denial or the climate change cult presently destroying the planet while claiming to be saving it for us. It might even be to deny, with violence, that Israel bought the land off wealthy Arabs fair and square and Palestinians never owned it. Or that Putin is a demon and Zelenski is Jesus and that neither are just guys like you. Just images. Illusions.
Whoever or whatever is your Master, is what enslaves you. Just... images you created to escape from what you must do to be free.
The cult you chose to rest your weary head upon... is what you deliberately permit to enslave you. No one forced you to walk this path. Whatever it is you are in denial of, you are also placing yourself in exile to that. And its this bitter reality which you created that is at the root of all your problems, and the extra problems you daily project onto the world. All of it is caused by you. Deliberately. Yes, it might well be unconscious activity. But you did it.
Imagine if the entire population of the world is committed to this pathology, systemically. What would the world look like?
This Master is not a person or cabal of celebrity, wealth and power - but we do select our leaders from those who are best at convincing us it is - they have a purpose after all. Nor is it the President. Or Soros. Or Big Pharma. These images are mere projections we all use to escape - very useful proxies which help imagine the deadly pantomime we all create daily, is real. As willing slaves, we're all in exile to this dominant worldview leading our thought whatever it is. But it does not really exist. Or at least it only exists within the collective psyche we call society - another illusion.
Given that we have killed God a hundred years ago, we seek our Masters on the Earth these days. God's will was never done on the Earth anyway. So with what will we wash our hands of all the blood? By making slaves of others of course. So long as I am a lesser slave, I will be ahead. But I'll still be a slave no matter how wealthy I am, it never ends while I choose a Master over freedom. When I choose a Master, there are only slaves. Just because you have more wealth than me does not free you from the identical slavery. Just because the Chomsky fraud tells you it is so simply means he works for a Master too as a higher slave.
Slavery is extant and far more pernicious than it used to be. Because today the economy is a thousand times more productive in material wealth. Even though its distribution is still unjust, even the poorer classes have plenty. Or at least a vastly bigger proportion of them do now than they used to. Slavery has just moved onto the next level in the game - you are The New Slave. If you ask for reparations you are like a gambler who lost at the casino and complains about it.
So slavery has nothing to do with wealth and its distribution, it may never have been anything to do with it. Except today, this higher order of understanding is more conspicuous now wealth has been taken out of the equation. All you can say about this modern systemic slavery is that its more pernicious and latent. You have allowed it to gain even more power over you. This thing which is just an illusion, an idea, you use to escape.
We are enslaved by what we choose to believe in. These beliefs are our Master. Our Master is far more important than having plenty of wealth. Our Master protects us psychologically which is far more valuable than large amounts of material wealth.
It has nothing to do with wealth and power. Anyone who says it does is assisting those they claim are harming you. They 'work' for them essentially. Or at least they 'take a wage' or bag of silver.
If you can bring forth what is within you, what you can bring forth will save you. If you cannot bring forth what is within you, what you cannot bring forth will destroy you.
