85% of All Debt is Mortgages

So do not call it debt.

Else that's a signal you're trying to escape. And joining the cult of root denial. The biggest one. The one which encompasses the democratic majority in every nation.

Our money is really MORTGAGES. Loans secured against the value of land. The root is always the land under your feet.

Money creation is no more than an obligation, to pay RENT. Buying other stuff is a relatively insignificant derivative.

85% of all debt is mortgages.

Loans for capital formation are a miniscule part of our pathological money creation appetite. Land is what we all want, to sell, forever.

Sure, it's hard to confess it. Because everyone else is also denying it - that we all want to sell the world, forever.

And when I step over this frontier and I turn around and there's no one there to back me, that's a lonely, risky place. No one will back me, that is a guarantee.

But not because it's wrong or bad. It's not wealth and power, or the 1% that need attending to.

It is 'me'.

It's never too late to wake up.
