Why do I ask this question?
Because there are blatant indicators.
Caveat: this isn't another attempt to project blame for systemic failure onto social institutions and leadership or to be seditious or call for rebellion like a childish activist. It is to suggest our highest social institutions are no longer apparently able to cope satisfactorily under current conditions and are allowing the system to slowly collapse. My personal view if anyone is to blame is that it's the people on the whole who are fully complicit, not leadership. The people always select their leadership, in the end. And leadership always does what the dominant collective group demands. Notwithstanding the justice in it all.
This is not to say it's happening. It is to say there are strong indicators. Yes, these indicators might be signalling something completely different. This is the purpose of proper scrutiny. If you make it illegal to scrutinise indicators that is merely reinforcing the possibility it is true.
So let's start with that one:
- Proper scrutiny of great social problems is no longer permitted
- Leadership roles are increasingly being filled with fukwits and demagogues
- Large factions of the public are openly saying they hate the west
- Leadership blatantly confessing to embezzlement yet still remaining bold
- Numerous politicians are making a stand on hating the west, in western countries
- A nation is never conquered because it is corrupt. It is always a victim for centuries
- Corruption and embezzle is rife in charity, government, monopoly corporations to the extent even the robbed citizens are starting to acquiesce to it
- Citizens have lost the desire to bring proper scrutiny to important social problems and institutions
- I've had friends for 20 years who though wealthy have always hated the western hand which feeds them, they are now joyous at the conflict - these are probably the lowest of the low
- Being religious, religion being a central pillar of the state - except for some specific religions, draws hate
- Speaking up about any of this risks jail
- Lawfare generally has made the rule of law a laughing stock
- Lawmakers and judges with no higher qualification or wit than Winnie Mandela, yet with all her spite, is rife.
- Some law is being created which claims to save citizens, yet specifically targets them, while supporting immigrants
- The judiciary are seen as less just than they used to be
- Education teaching young children degenerate ideas
- Universities and schools running as activist institutions
- Degenerate behaviours and normalisation of the sexualisation of children being overlooked by the population
- National treasures such as the BBC no longer reliable for news and seen to be spouting anti west propaganda
- Large groups of people, not just the powerful running cover for systemic crimes mentioned above
- Politicians buying votes with welfare, block voting
- Juries being intimidated into convicting
- Lawmakers overturning 1000 year old law protecting rights in order to uphold so called civil rights
- Corporations doing what they're told to do against the free market
- Pandemic where the state lies about efficacy interventions repeatedly covering it up
- Large groups of the public, from no specific class or group, willingly taking unneeded destructive hand outs and exploiting the poorest classes at scale during systemic shocks
- Government activist groups overturning a plebiscite
- The pillars of state clearly fighting each other for overall power notwithstanding the will of the people through democratic due process
And largely, I do not mean President Trump here. Though not perfect, to me it appears he is the only person trying to save the West. I do not support him, per se. I'm just pointing it out.
These are all speculations, some more likely to be true than others. The point being that they're all being intensified over the past thirty years or so, accelerating significantly for the past ten years.
Maybe this has always been the case, it's hard to tell when you live in the woods.
