What if rent seeking as a system wide social pathology is already root cause of slavery and genocide. And you have just perfected it?

The allegation that the West is built on genocide and slavery is an interesting point to dig into deeper because it's superficial so only very slightly true. The mistake the allegation makes is a dangerous one.

Because the foundation of social organisation of the entire world is built on Rent Seeking systemically, at a much broader and deeper level. 

So if you want to solve the world's historic problems, such as slavery and genocide, what does it matter, even if it's valid that everything's genocide and slavery, and even if that still exists today? What does it matter?

Unless the systemic rent seeking in which all of us partake at the deepest and broadest level is solved, you're only attending to the small things. 

The dangerous mistake here is that by solving a problem you've amplified what remains. You've increased what is available to the robber who takes all that is left.

So perfecting these small things only adds to the available rental value being enclosed for the current winners. By solving slavery and genocide you increase the value of land and it's income stream in rent.
