Blue State Secession

Is it time for the federation of the United States to put it to the people and ask them if it will be better for all the corrupt blue states to secede from the union?

This will be a horrific thought for most American citizens I do not suggest it lightly. 

I'm asking if the net effect of remaining within the union when those states hate the constitution, hate the American people and have a fast growing population of invaders who hate both even more, is going to be worse than if they leave.

And, there is the good news. 

Not only are there states who want to leave. There are foreign nations, who are closely aligned historically, legally and culturally who I'm sure would love to accede to the federation. The UK being a prime example though the leadership there are trying their best to crush Britain wholesale for some totally unknown reason. 

Anyway, it's just a thought for the President and his excellent team.
