Confiscating the land is inherently unjust.

Just as much as is confiscating earned incomes through taxation. 

Both are systemic theft. Both always wreak havoc and kill en masse indirectly at great scale.

On the contrary, confiscating *only* the rent is inherently justice in all cases. 

If adopted, this policy will save millions of lives compared to the above alternative. Leading to the saving of human consciousness, the colonisation of space and a secure future for our descendants.

So long as earned incomes are untaxed by an equal amount or better still in totality.

Yes, there will still be many problems. And with these biggest of all injustices removed, all of those remaining problems will now be that much easier to resolve.

This is a proposal to show how the 18.6 year real estate cycle is a hang over from times where the mechanics of the lunar month were used by high priests of the time to forecast ancient agricultural cycles - what we would today call a business cycle culminating in a financial crisis or a great recession.
