I'm going to talk about how wealth and power, though often pieces of shit, are not the real problem. But
the people on the whole, are.
This will be extraordinarily hard for most people to accept. Because if true, no one will be able to project themselves onto wealth and power any more to blame for all the people's self induced problems.
Try the following thought experiment and see where it takes you.
Imagine a nation with 200 million people. And an administration and security force of 200 thousand people. And the people of this nation are always complaining about how corrupt the administration is.
Clearly the people are always unhappy with the administration but for some reason are not yet ready to revolt. It cannot be reasonably said that the people are happy with the administration. Yet they do not act honourably for their descendants and take the administration down.
So is it a stretch of your imagination to say that the people are choosing their own misery by not overthrowing the administration? That is, it's a wilful deliberate act of the people not to do the honourable thing and remove the administration?
Surely a successful overthrow is possible given the people number a thousand times more than the administration. That is, for every one person in the administration there are a thousand people who could revolt and overthrown them.
Some often then say "but the administration are so well organised its easy for them to carry on". This is clearly a fallacy:
- using 'organisation' as a reason reinforces my point even more intensely - the people could organise up to a thousand times more successfully then!
- the prisoners dilemma fallacy is then rolled out and debunked immediately - "not everyone will revolt at the same time". Again this reinforces my point that a majority of people are deliberately choosing NOT to take down the corrupt administration, thus they are complicit. What's more there must have been a time in the past where the people chose complicity, all at the same time and they had no problem making that significant change.
- again, a people a thousand times greater in force will always overwhelm an administration a thousandth in size, unless the administration is a thousand times more effective which is very unlikely
But the people always chose not to organise an overthrow until a threshold is reached. One where they have just become slightly worse off than allowing the administration to proceed. People only allow a corrupt administration to proceed - which is all administrations anyway - because doing so is only just better than not doing so.
And the administration will be constantly on guard and measuring this to determine how much of the bread and circuses to dish out today. This is not to complain about the administration. They are dishing out the goodies because the people have already asked for it.
It has nothing whatsoever to do with morals, principles or virtue of any kind. And everything to do with the selfishness and ignorance of the people.
And given the people on the whole are where the real power lies, the administration being merely their proxy, the power that is the people are the truly corrupt.
This insurrection threshold can be extremely finely tuned. With 200 million data points(not including the huge number of undocumented people) the law of averages plays out very accurately indeed. It may be hard to notice. But it will be there.
So do not complain about wealth and power any more, it is YOU. If you are a protestor, stop protesting about wealth and power. Start protesting about the people.
Better still look for the inner light. Find a way to rise above the corruption, starting by getting your own house in order. Then move on to the things that really matter to you as a person. Stop projecting. There is no one born yet who has not been complicit in some way, usually far more than any are willing to admit, in the corruption we so easily complain about.
The Epstein files, islamic rape gang scandal, migrant voter infiltration scam, crooked banks, the small war in Gaza the bigger one in Iran and so on and so on, are all tiny problems compared to say, Taxation, which kills 30 million people indirectly every year and no one mentions it. There are others. Bigger ones too.
Stop complaining. Get to work.
