Reparations for Slavery Will End Up in Real Estate Prices Not in the Hands of Slave Descendants

Presently our dear leaders are negotiating with Barbados on £40 trillion in slavery reparations. About 20 years of total UK productivity. What will be the effects of this policy root cause?

Do I need to remind people about what happened in Germany following the appalling reparations they had to pay for the first world war? Do I really need to remind anyone? And there is more, much more.

If reparations were ever to happen in Barbados, it would all end up in real estate prices. Just wanted you to know. Share with friends there so they can exploit it.

So how many negro slave descendants own the real estate there. I can run the numbers if you like?

Grok tells me, conservatively, the number is about 30% at best. It may be fewer.

If a large part of all the property there is owned by non negro, non descendants(likely), how will that benefit the descendants of the former slaves, even if it were possible to identify them accurately, which it certainly is not?

So at best only 30% of the 7 generations of distant descendants of the former slaves there will benefit.

70% of the so called slave owners descendants or most of them descendants of white slaves of those times, will. Myself included. I own plenty of real estate, if the prices rise due to this, I will benefit. And I cannot be sure if my ancestors were ever slaves though it is very likely given most people were back then.

Thanks to Grok for helping with this analysis and all the sources and references.

It looks like around 70% of people who are not conceptually related to slaves, will benefit - about 7% out of all people who live in Barbados. 1 in 15 people. But it doesn't really matter about the race part except for the obvious fact that anyone who discriminates is only doing themselves out of money and a bloody fool, notwithstanding the moral implications which are way overplayed already. If you choose not to do business based on race you are by implication reducing the market for whatever you are selling. You are deliberately lowering your own selling prices fool!

I'm trying to help you observe, with as much ease as possible, how the leaders we keep electing are going to do your bidding, yet again, as you so wish them to. With perfection. That is after all why we elect them is it not? This time for us, they are going to lie about slavery. They are going to lie about who was to blame for it. Who benefitted then. Who suffered then. And why the people of today will benefit and suffer too. They will lie to you about all of it. I'm not saying politicians are bad or blaming them for being liars. I am saying YOU elected them all so it is you who are responsible. They are only doing what you have asked them to do. You should be saluting them for it.

What matters is the reparations freebies will be going to those who own the real estate there. How come I hear you say? I have spoken in person about this many times over the past 20 years, to folks in the pub, friends I trust, senior politicians, captains of industry, professors at Oxford and Cambridge, leaders of protest movements, anarchists, squatters, hard core activists, trantifa, anonymous, the top press, people I know love me and know hate me, the intelligent and the fuckwits, teachers and a sea of people on the left and the right and across the entire political spectrum and so on and so on, you name it I have spoken to them, many many times over and again about it. There is no class of people I have not spoken to about this on numerous occasions. 20 years.

And... nothing. Not once did I get anyone to agree with me that this is where all the gains will end up from these wholly unjust and ultra destructive government policies to save the world by the leaders you all elected by free choice. You might now be thinking, "that must prove your claim is wrong you idiot". Think carefully now. Not one person has agreed with me, not one. More often than not my person has been attacked once the recipient has fully understood what I am saying. I'm not expecting to die a natural death. That is a clear signal something important must be going on. Something very important indeed. A bit like a cult which 100% closes ranks when it feels its narrative, its tribe, is under threat of closer scrutiny. Nothing could be a clearer signal.

Have I made myself clear on this central point? Good let us proceed and I'll tell you why it is that 'obedience packages' always end up in real estate prices. Think about it like a giant money laundering scam by a charity and oh my god how rife is that today. When the state hands out benefits, welfare, subsidies and what have you to the citizens it loves so much for electing them, it always ends up in higher house selling prices.

Most people in the west now will never starve or even remotely close to it. People know, by intuition, what to do with any extra 'packages' they receive in exchange for their vote. They know what not to do with them too if they are smart. We all know that there's no point in spending the freebies on goods and services, stuff, except for short term gratification, we all have plenty of that already. Once spent it's gone, forever. We also know intuitively there is only one place where if we feed it with the goodies, it will grow like a seed into an oak, tax free, without doing any further work on it, without investing any more money on its upkeep and that it will be bailed out before all other assets by governments of all party's across the political spectrum during hard times.

Real estate. AKA property or housing.

First or second home it does not matter a bit. We all know without needing to be taught or trained on it, that THIS is where to put the extra savings because it will be protected more than anything else. And will rise in capital value at 5% a year on average. And in boom times of which reparations will contribute significantly, up to 30% per year as we saw prior to 2008 for a couple of years straight. Remember? We all know this. This is all double dipping too if you own a second home because the rental will also rise each year by that amount on average. Yes, there are house price crashes AKA Great Recession every 20 years to reset it all and devastate prices. So get out before then while at the top. And get back in again at the bottom just prior to the 4 year recovery cycle soon after. Short real estate if you value your descendants and want to protect your household.

Remember COVID for an historic exposition of this in action. Most people have totally forgotten about it I know perhaps because of the shame and guilt of what happened. Anyway, look at how much freebies were given out to people who did not need it then. If I remember correctly in the UK alone it was about the same as all government revenue(tax) for a year - one thousand billion pounds sterling. I ran the numbers on this a couple of years later and discovered that the UK's stock of real estate had risen by about the same amount. And this was during a time when people certainly were not buying houses as much as before and productivity dropped to an all time low due to the barmy social distancing nonsense and people working form home allegedly, productivity must have taken a sharp dive too. There was no inflation of goods and services until the Ukraine war started long afterwards and these were proper inflation pricing due to energy. Only house prices inflated for the following 3 years.

All of 'reparations' ended up in the 27 million household property portfolio of UK real estate. Some areas got more, some less, but on the whole this was what happened. Nobody complained funnily enough. Even the lowest characters in government had done their duty as elected to do so by The People. We asked them to do it for us.

Do you see it now? I don't expect you to say yes. Experience shows a "yes" will never happen for very good personal reasons. Do not worry, I understand.

So if they go ahead with reparations in your locality, get into it in a bigger way. The trouble is, as soon as its announced it's usually too late. Because the change will be priced in immediately it is announced of course. So it's no use buying after they announce it - too late. You have to take a gamble based on the political situation where you are and how likely it will be to go ahead. A gamble. I am not giving you financial advice here. It is totally on you how you take risks. This is why politicians are always so rich - they know! Insider trading essentially. It's not unfair to say it is their 'wages' due for doing their duty, for we The People.

Now, about those slaves...

A Dialogue on the UK's Accession to the United States (UKEXIT)

A Dialogue on the UK's Accession to the United States Executive Summary This initiative seeks to foster a formal dialogue regarding the potential accession of the countries of the United Kingdom , to the United States , as individual states.  Being English the main focus is for the country of England to accede. The original intent was to ask the government to lead on it through a petition leading to the question coming before the House of Commons. This was crushed out of hand by the committee leading petitions, which was not a surprise.  Simply put, this petition is asking the government to start a conversation about the benefits of leaving the UK and joining the United States. Let us call the initiative UKEXIT (yukezit) The objective is to evaluate the benefits to citizens and stakeholders, encouraging a constructive discourse on the political, economic, and social implications of such a union. If Wales , Northern Ireland , Scotland , or  England were to leave the Unit...

The 450 Volt Truth: From Orwell to Obedience

A Complete Thread on Dystopia, Milgram, and Breaking the Agentic State - Why People Act Irrationally and Often Violently When a Tribal Social Structure and Its Hierarchy Are Brought Under Serious Scrutiny This is a tricky topic. Please read the Obedience Glossary of Terms before proceeding Executive Summary This piece was written from a long conversation with Grok. I had to interrogate the AI quite a bit. And was astonished at how it produced such intelligence. I've included the most pertinent parts. Do not be fooled into thinking this is just another Orwell analysis. That is just setting the scene well. For what comes later on the agentic state and how power uses it to control the masses.  It may not have all the answers. It might wrong. A lot of it is very hard to believe is happening. But it still seems to fit the bizarre world of system wide dissonance we all live and partake in today, better than all the alternatives. So deserves your continued attention. By all means make yo...

Government & Tax Death Toll

I'm going to show you how government and taxation causes more excess death than any other factor, even global wars and pandemics. It is and always has been the biggest genocide of all. And its deliberate. Government doesn’t just fail to save lives — it takes them, at scale.  2–6 million globally 200K–400K in the U.S. 50K–80K in the UK Every year. Every tax. Every regulation. Cumulatively since 1970 government and tax killed between 160 and 300 million people across the globe  More than all 20th century wars and genocides combined (260M) In the U.S. ten times more than all U.S. combat deaths in history (10 * 1.2M) In the UK equivalent to 1 in 15 of all deaths And the nations with more regulations and a higher tax to GDP ratio such as the UK and US, tend to kill more of their own citizens per capita. The poorest nations have a better record than the richest. All this excess death is rooted in the institutions of taxation - the theft of private property, by force, against your fr...
