For any straight single white man in the UK, you are the most discriminated against class of people.
Yes. Single White Men are like that relatively small group of black slaves of 2 hundred years ago. You are being dehumanised and set up for genocide.
Given there is no free land to run to today, no chains are required to keep you from running to freedom. Mortgage, Rent and Tax keeps you locked in very much more effectively. All upheld by so called law, empathy and compassion.
Thanks to the systemically heterophobic, sexist and racist DEI hiring policy used by all corporations who want to be allowed to stay in business. Under the cosh of a soviet style centralised cancel culture.
So, given your condition as a white man, what can you do about getting a job?
- Research all charities and NGOs - the epicentre of centralised Power
- Select the one which gets the biggest taxpayer funding and pays the highest salary
- Within the law, say anything you need, to get in
- Once in, exploit the business in every legal way which helps you proceed - max this out
- Take all the time off you can, work from home and avoid as much work as possible, grass up colleagues for anything you can think of, crawl up your bosses arse while undermining their position, spout DEI policy any time it will help you get on and diminish the chances of any other colleague
- Keep this up and soon you will find yourself rising to the top quickly
How is this possible? Taxpayers against their will and stupid people who still believe the media, give NGOs and charities hundreds of millions a year which they do not have to work for, pay back or remain accountable for. 90% of this money goes to the salaries of the employees. The needy are treated as a lucrative customer base to be avoided as much as possible - 'clients' is a better term for the needy you are there to save.
Here's the trick: you are highly skilled, hard working and intelligent. In amongst this army of midwits and DEI hires, you will fly high with the greatest of ease - you only need to turn up and do the bare minimum to produce more for the business. It is not immoral if you're doing far more deliberately, than exactly what everyone else is doing by stupidity. There is nothing illegal about this. Nor can you be sued for it. You are simply maxing out a system created by midwits and idiots. Exploiting all the loopholes of a terrible system created by fools.
One caveat: never say anything about how the system can be improved, unless it promotes the ideology your colleagues have allowed themselves to be hypnotised by.
This advice also applies to white women who are also discriminated against heavily by the system. But at least they are not men. All you need to do as a woman is exploit the system for yourself by only ever upholding women in the workplace.
The only way you can win is to understand the rules and exploit them to the max. If you are a straight, white man.
Some will say this is evil. I say you were born into a fallen world, where the nation encourages you to hate white men and treat them like slaves. To dehumanise white men is the goal of current Power.
Much like black slaves by the tens of thousands, Jews by the tens of millions, unborn children by the hundreds of millions, if you redefine them as no longer human, eventually the law will allow you to do the same with white men by the billion.
Luckily for white men today, most non white men are not brave enough to do that. Yet. One day, coming soon, these cowards will rejoice as they do it, just like in world war 2 Germany.
