At Westminster Magistrates Court today, I found out that being 'far right is actually a protected characteristic under human rights law.
Tommy Robinson's brief was making it clear to the judge, even though Robinson is not far right and no one has been able to prove it. Not to mention the evidence seems to be clear that he's not a terrorist either, we shall see.
We'll find out the judges ruling on November 4th when it gets handed down.
So when they call you far right, say great, I'm protected by the law. Isn't that great?
