I'm afraid it will happen. Like 2007. House prices have already peaked. Great recession probably by next year to make the 'correction'.
Once the rental value of land and directly related selling prices outpace the ability of the economy to pay them, recession will happen.
No one will see it coming because they treat land as capital in academic economic thought. It's the same as treating people as slaves to be sold like other commodities. Slavery never ended.
So system wide recession is inevitable and was priced in 20 years ago. There's nothing you can do about it to stop it now.
I don't want it to happen. There's a well understood remedy which would make it impossible that is not harmful or difficult to adopt technically. But spiritually humans do not yet have the capacity to take it on.
So be it.
Recovery will happen within a few years and social organisation will commence the next identical cycle with earnest. People having quickly forgotten cause and effect of the last one.
It will mean tens of millions of repos globally. Think about how this will boost the excess death toll. Imagine a family losing their home - it's rare that they remain together. Multiply that by millions and stare into that abyss- it will be looking back at you.
And we the people will have done it. Can you seriously blame a cabal of wealth and power now? Or the bankers. Or Trump, Brexit, open borders, chem trails or the Files?
This isn't a counsel of despair. It is a rough forecast of what will definitely happen. Giving you all the data you need to get ready for it, secure your household and make hay with it as the world recovers.
This is always the biggest way that transfers of wealth take place.
Risk takers can use it to create billion dollar financial enterprises if they can wake up and exploit it.
Go well.
