When Society Intervenes Through the State it Always Increases the Excess Death Toll

When government intervenes, it always ends up increasing the excess death toll. 

Given the deaths are indirect the state carries on because it feels like no one in particular can be blamed for it.

That is all there is to it. 

The remedy is to ask an incoherent society to stop deploying the state to solve social problems. 

Or more practically 2 core activities:

  1.  to only get involved in things they are historically good at:
    1. a police force to protect private property
    2. a military to protect borders
    3. admin to collect the economic rents
    4. that is all
  2. to stay well away from things they are historically hopeless at - meaning everything else

Sure, there would still be problems. 

And now this biggest problem has stopped causing all the extra chaos, all remaining problems will now be that much easier to deal with.
