This is not suggesting the best or only way to achieve success such as say Elon Musk has done. IT is to say this is how its done by obedient people in society. That's to say, obedience trumps true success, but the people tend toward obedience firts, leaving the principles Elon Musk may have achieved success by a distant second priority.

The Golden Rule for any obedience network is to place obedience to the tribe and its narrative before principles, even when these principles are shouted loudly and confidently.
Everyone who succeeds says they work hard. Everyone believes they are more skilled than others. Everyone thinks "I came from nothing and look at me now".
People despise it when luck is used as the reason, but what else could it be when a million others of equal capacity lose, and only 1 wins? It must be luck next. This is not to be jealous of wealth and success as the planet savers teach your children. It is to say they are blessed and we must respect them highly, because of their luck - would you not want some too - if you were handed a gift would you turn it down so quickly?
And most of all, probably 50%, of success is that you have acted toward the tribe, in the highest way possible compared to all others, in your signalling of obedience to it. Whoever can show the tribe how great it is more than others, always wins and rises to the top, more than in all other ways put together.
And this is why ALL people who live within a society ruled by hierarchical authority, attempt to use it.
Remember: All people wilfully and freely choose this system. Yet is it forbidden knowledge - anyone who points it out, by implication, is signalling AGAINST the tribe and will be sent into 'exile'. So the hypothesis is never placed under proper scrutiny.
Because everyone has snouts buried deep, even the very poor because they aspire to power one day, it is self protecting at the deepest levels psychologically - there's no way it can be scrutinised properly even by the greatest intellect, especially by them. It becomes impenetrable.
Discuss how there are several classes of obedience with any society. And that a higher class of obedience rarely discusses things with the lower class. "I only pay respect to wealth and power". Yet lower classes are always determined to discuss things with higher classes. And never the twain shall meet. This is why authority never understands the ruled.
Discuss that the level of obedience necessary to gain status within that class or within the society as a whole is identical and of the same intensity across all obedience classes. So the intellect is never a consideration and cannot help. It will refuse to help and use its knowledge to run cover for the tribe first and foremost.
Discuss how this is why authority which tends to be in the higher obedience class, never understands valid concerns of the lower obedience class. And why true grass roots rebellion and resistance only ever comes from the lower obedience class.
Discuss likewise how this makes it only possible for a coup or insurrection to happen between competing obedience classes at a high level. So lower obedience classes can never instigate a coup or insurrection. That is always the work of the higher obedience class as we saw in 2016 with the attempted insurrection in the United States, the stealing of the election in 2020, and today the cold insurrection playing out now worldwide through the voter infiltration scam at scale - AKA open borders policy.
I'm very much pro immigration. I'm anti social hierarchy and the inevitable obedience classes and networks which must form such a society and ultimately a tyranny. And sadly the systemic exploitation of good immigrant people, let alone the indo's.
